Ohio religious leaders must denounce political violence, help secure fair elections

Rabbi Alex Braver, Rev. Dr. Amariah McIntosh and Imam Horsed Noah wrote an op-ed in the Columbus Dispatch calling on faith leaders to speak out against threats to the freedom to vote and take action to safeguard free, fair and peaceful elections for all our communities.

“As faith leaders we have a unique opportunity and sacred responsibility to speak the truth and denounce threats or acts of political violence. We must commit to removing every obstacle that prevents our communities from fully participating in our democracy.”
