Faith in Public Life Benefits

Faith in Public Life and Faith in Public Life Action Fund offer generous and comprehensive benefits including full medical, dental and vision premium coverage, life insurance, and an FSA/DCA savings plan. We also offer up to a 6% 401k plan contribution. We provide 15 paid vacation days, 10 paid sick days, 10 paid federal holidays, and additional paid administrative leave, including the week between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.

Faith in Public Life is an organization committed to an intentional, transformation and accountable journey toward internally and externally living out the values of racial equity and deconstructing white supremacy in a concrete way. Steps on this journey include (but are not limited to) setting and holding the organization accountable to norms, establishing and pursuing a racial equity road map, and ensuring organizational prioritization of racial equity.
