Faith leaders call on lawmakers to build bridges not walls ahead of one-year anniversary of Pope Francis’ visit to the U.S.-Mexico border
ATLANTA, Ga. — On Saturday, February 18th, a diverse and prominent group of interfaith clergy will hold a prayer vigil to pressure Congressional leaders to overturn President Trump’s executive orders on immigration and to protect immigrant and refugee families.
Faith and community leaders will come together at the Latin American Association – Asociación Latinoamericana to send a powerful message in defense of immigrants and refugees.
