To ensure 2021 doesn't mirror 2020, state legislators should consider a series of changes with how it handles overdoses and the resources available to address them, said Blyth Barnow, harm-reduction manager for Faith In Public Life Ohio, which is part of a national network of faith leaders that advocates for legislative reform regarding drug abuse and other issues.
