Columbus, OH — On Tuesday, January 26th at 9:30 a.m., Columbus City Councilmember Emmanuel Remy will be joined by faith and community leaders as he submits an updated application for stay of deportation on behalf of Edith Espinal to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office in Westerville.
