Faith leaders call on Sen. Rob Portman to build bridges not walls ahead of one-year anniversary of Pope Francis’ visit to the U.S.-Mexico border
CINCINNATI, Ohio — On Friday, February 17th, a diverse and prominent group of interfaith clergy will hold a prayer vigil to pressure Congressional leaders to overturn President Trump’s executive orders on immigration and to protect immigrant and refugee families.
Faith and community leaders will gather together at Sen. Portman’s Cincinnati office to send a powerful message in defense of immigrants and refugees.
