Ahead of Government Funding Deadline, Faith Leaders Say, “No Wall On Our Watch”

Washington, D.C. — On Thursday, February 14th at 10 a.m., prominent faith leaders will rally at the Capitol to denounce an immoral border wall, demand accountability for families separated at the border, and to reject any additional funding to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Speakers will also deliver the signatures of hundreds of faith leaders from all across the country demanding Senators to do the right thing and vote no on Trump’s wall and additional funding for ICE and CBP.

WHAT:

Prominent faith leaders are crying out and demanding hearings for families at the border and not allowing not another dime to ICE and DHS. Following the press conference faith leaders are delivering moral declarations to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.

WHEN:

February 14 at 10 a.m. then moral declaration delivery to Senate leadership at 11 a.m.
