Clergy Sign-on Letter for Democracy

Every generation has to earn its freedom. Freedom is not permanently given.

Martin Luther King III reminds us of this in a New York Times article about our coalition work to protect the freedom to vote.

This coming Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend, we are joining Martin Luther King III, Arndrea Waters King, Yolanda Renee King and other faith and civil rights leaders to proclaim: “No celebration without legislation” and demand President Biden and Senate Democrats pass the Freedom to Vote Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. We need moral momentum to call for the protection of our freedom to vote. Can you as a member of the clergy or religious leader add your name to this powerful message to President Biden and Senate Democrats?

(Not Clergy?)
