NC Faith and Community Leaders Strategize Next Steps in Fight to Secure Equal Rights for LGBTQ Communities
Charlotte, NC. — On Tuesday, October 10th at 9:30 a.m., a new coalition of faith and LGBTQ advocacy groups, the NC Faith Forward Coalition, will mobilize to protect LGBTQ North Carolinians from discrimination.
The gathering will focus on building relationships between communities of faith and LGBTQ people and developing faith-based action plans to work toward an equitable and inclusive North Carolina. This Durham gathering is the second of five across the state.
