Prior to joining Faith in Public Life, Shanice spent some time working in the nonprofit sector and bigger corporations such as Amazon as an HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner). She has championed human capital as any organization’s strength and foundation to ultimate success. Over the last 15 + years Shanice has used her education and experience to operationalize organization-wide refinement which includes but is not limited to: Professional development and growth, diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility, performance management, payroll, benefits and more.
When Shanice is not working she enjoys spending her time traveling, writing and living with intention.
