After the military, Od’Juan worked in various social services and political organizing roles in Jacksonville.
Od’Juan has been politically active, working on campaigns for Faith in Public Life’s Faithful Voter program, serving as a regional organizer for the NAACP and working on several political campaigns. One of his greatest organizing successes was working with the faith community to help pass a Human Rights Ordinance protecting LGBTQ rights. Another personal passion he looks forward to bringing to his work is criminal justice system and bail reform.
Od’Juan enjoys music, singing, and food from different cultures. He loves spending time with his family, traveling with his wife and hanging out with their four children.
