Before joining Faith in Public Life, Joe worked as a pastor and most recently in nonprofit development for an organization seeking to end homelessness in Montgomery County, Maryland. Social justice and faith are core values for Joe, and he is thrilled to bring both together in his role as a Development Manager at Faith in Public Life.

Joe is from Oklahoma and moved to DC by way of Boston. Outside of his job, Joe loves barbequing, good coffee, and especially being a husband to Sydney and dad to Aveline. Joe completed his graduate studies in theology at Boston College and North Park.
