SANCTUARY MOVEMENT: National Faith Leaders & Community Members Living in Sanctuary Call on ICE Officials to End Aggressive Deportations

 

Columbus, Ohio --  On Friday, January 12th at 11 a.m., faith leaders will join those living in sanctuary to call on lawmakers and ICE officials to end aggressive deportations and grant stay of removals for community members living in sanctuary.

 

Participants will discuss the challenges faced by those living in sanctuary, the risks encountered by churches who open their doors to those in need, and the push for policy that keeps families together.
