Amid COVID-19, Faith Leaders Urge Importance of Census 2020

Ahead of Census Day, nearly 150 faith groups have signed a national petition calling on everyone to take the 2020 Census

Washington, D.C.-- On April 1st at noon, national faith leaders will talk about the importance of the census and how people of faith can ensure everyone is counted, especially in light of the COVID-19 crisis. The census only happens once every 10 years. Faith organizations are committed to a faithful census where all people are counted.

One hundred and forty-four churches and faith groups from across the country have signed a letter calling on everyone to complete the 2020 Census. To see the letter and the full list of signers, click here.
