This poll found that 56% of Jewish respondents considered themselves Democrats, 25% considered themselves Republican, and 17% considered themselves independent. 73% of all respondents approved of Biden’s selection as the Democratic vice presidential nominee, while only 37% approved of the selection of Sarah Palin. Among these voters, the economy was the greatest concern, by a wide margin.
