Rabbi Gerry Serotta has worked at the vanguard of progressive Jewish movements since the 1960s. He currently serves as Co-Chair of Rabbis for Human Rights, North America, and the Associate Rabbi at Temple Shalom in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Previously, he served as the Campus Rabbi at The George Washington University, where he directed the Hillel Foundation for 20 years. Rabbi Serotta has been involved in interfaith work through the Fellowship of Reconciliation and the Interfaith Committee for Peace in the Middle East. He has a decades-long record of activism in seeking solutions to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
