“The Most Despicable Man in the World”: Occupy Faith to put Corporations on Trial

January 4, 2012, 11:18 am | Posted by Nick Sementelli

The Oakland Occupy Faith group is announcing a new campaign to highlight corporate abuses and the role of money in politics. On January 21 (the anniversary of the Citizens United Supreme Court decision that allowed for unlimited, undisclosed corporate spending in elections), they will be putting corporations on trial at courthouses across the country.

To highlight the campaign, they’ve produced a video parody of the ubiquitous “Most Interesting Man in the World” ads. Check it out:

Update: Corrected the video authors as the Oakland Occupy Faith group.
