Okay, this guy has a serious deficit in diplomacy and probably has many more theological problems to go with that.

But I do often wonder, when any particular body expresses outrage at statements made by Gen. Boykin, whether their outrage is especially selective. The Jewish Defense League, for instance, regularly praises the American-born mass-murderer Baruch Goldstein. And the Mufti of Saudi Arabia recently issued a ruling that all churches in the Arabian Peninsula be torn down.

So if a medium wants to traffic in outrage over religious bigots, all well and good and let's shine a light on all of them, even Scientology, no matter how likely they are to sue you in return.

But if you only find right wing Christians enraging or will confine your outrage only to right wing Christians, then please let us know somewhere on the home page that you will in fact be prejudiced in your outrage.

Just so we know.
