		<description>Thank you!  I&#039;ve long been saying that philanthropy and private charity cannot create a just and compassionate society without the public (government funded).  It is not by accident that Finland, a bilingual country (war torn after WW2) is now the most &quot;livable place on earth in spite of a cold climate -- they have a strong commitment to equity and public safety net.</description>
